As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive Salesforce solutions that cater to the organization's specific business needs. This role involves leveraging your deep technical expertise in Salesforce CPQ, OmniStudio, Vlocity, Community Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning to create effective and efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions based on business requirements and best practices, considering Salesforce CPQ, OmniStudio, Vlocity, Community Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning components. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into scalable and flexible Salesforce architecture designs. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and best practices. Mentor and train developers and other team members on Salesforce technologies, Vlocity (Salesforce Industries), and best development practices. Lead and participate in the customization and development of Salesforce solutions using Salesforce CPQ, OmniStudio, Community Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning features. Develop custom code, configurations, and integrations to extend Salesforce functionality and meet specific business requirements. Design and oversee the integration of Salesforce with various systems, ensuring seamless data flow and real-time information exchange. Plan and execute data migration strategies to ensure data integrity and accuracy during Salesforce implementation or migration projects. Optimize Salesforce performance by identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks, ensuring a smooth user experience and system scalability. Implement best practices to optimize the Salesforce platform, OmniStudio solutions, and Field Service Lightning utilization and resource allocation. Develop and implement effective testing strategies, ensuring the quality and reliability of Salesforce solutions, including Salesforce CPQ, OmniStudio, Community Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning components. Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and technical guidelines. Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to disseminate information about Salesforce technologies, Vlocity updates, Field Service Lightning best practices, and Salesforce ecosystem improvements across the organization.
Requirements
Proven experience of 10+ years in Salesforce CRM. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Certified Technical Architect and certifications related to Salesforce CPQ, OmniStudio, Vlocity (Salesforce Industries), Salesforce Flows, Community Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning. Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect, showcasing successful implementations and expertise in Salesforce CPQ, OmniStudio, Vlocity, Community Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning projects. Proficiency in Salesforce customization, configuration, and development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio (FlexCards, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors), and Vlocity tools. Strong understanding of integration patterns, data migration strategies, Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) best practices, and best practices for Salesforce integration with various systems. Experience in designing and implementing Field Service Lightning solutions, including scheduling, mobile workforce management, and field service processes.
