50500 Torch Technologies is seeking an Applications Software Developer (Journeyman) for our EPASS GB contract, supporting the Field Assistance Service (FAS) at Maxwell Gunter AFB, Alabama. Remote applicants are encouraged to apply.

The Field Assistance Service (FAS) provides 24/7/365 system support to the warfighter worldwide, serving as the primary help desk contact for over 450 DoD sites, offering troubleshooting, process management, and metrics analysis.

Qualifications include a Bachelors or Masters Degree in a related field and at least three years of relevant experience, with three years in the DoD, or seven years of related experience with proper certifications, five of which must be in the DoD.

Specific BMC Remedy requirements include experience with Remedy workflows, AR System v9+, Remedy ITSM v9+, and related technologies, along with strong SQL, Windows Server, API, and interface development skills.

Preferred experience includes BMC certifications, full Remedy ITSM suite v18+, platform upgrades, web development, and familiarity with Air Force network infrastructure.

Personnel must maintain current certifications as per DoD 8570.01-M (Security+).
