In this role, you will have a hands-on opportunity to: Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce, addressing bug fixes and user inquiries. Act as the main contact point for all Salesforce-related needs on the GovCloud. Collaborate with the customer support team to assist with SFDC requirements during PST hours. Support end users in data extraction, reporting, KPIs, and dashboard creation. Conduct unit testing for bug fixes and system improvements. Monitor and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other applications. Engage with third-party vendors to provide timely technical support and troubleshoot any issues. Stay updated with Salesforce updates, customizations, and integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business system challenges. To succeed in this role, you should have: 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration. Experience with Sales and Service Cloud. Proficiency in CI/CD DevOps tools, including Visual Studio Code, Git, Bitbucket, and Jira. Strong troubleshooting skills in Salesforce, particularly around data visibility, Apex programming, and integration methods. Hands-on experience with Force.com tools and technologies including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with global teams. Knowledge of backend JavaScript is a plus, along with experience in ticketing systems like JIRA. Preferred experience with SOX or ITGC regulations. A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. Security and Privacy Responsibilities: This position plays a crucial role in upholding the security and privacy standards essential for protecting U.S. Federal Government interests: Adhere to system-specific security policies and procedures. Safeguard data and individual privacy in compliance with relevant regulations. Participate in ongoing training and comply with service obligations. Promptly report security issues and assist in investigations as required. Support managed changes and engage in vulnerability remediation efforts. Work closely with the Information Security team to enhance security controls. Position Risk Designation: This role is categorized as Non-Sensitive, Low Risk, Tier 1, and might require completion of a Standard Form 85 and undergo a Tier 1 Investigation based on data access requirements. The minimum and maximum salary range for this role is as follows: Pay Range (San Francisco Bay Area, Washington D.C.
