Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, and support LAN, WAN, and firewall infrastructure. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot SonicWall or Cisco firewalls, routers, and switches. Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability. Perform regular security monitoring to identify potential vulnerabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network enhancements and upgrades. Provide support for AV systems and video surveillance infrastructure. Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, diagrams, and changes. Respond to and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in network engineering or a related IT infrastructure role. Proficiency with SonicWall firewalls (preferred) or Cisco routing/switching technologies. Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.). Familiarity with VPNs, VLANs, and network segmentation. Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. Nice-to-Have: Experience with AV technologies (e.g., Crestron, Extron, or similar systems).
