The role involves engaging with clients to understand their requirements, translating these into technical application definitions, workflows, and solutions. You will be instrumental in developing and maintaining our reputation for 100% client referrals, working alongside a committed team. You will also be responsible for building out technical configurations, export queries, and related tasks. The position reports to the Director of Implementations. Qualifications The ideal candidate should be a quick learner with an aptitude for understanding, documenting, and interacting with complex systems. Knowledge : Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, Project Management, or equivalent experience Experience : Minimum of 3 years as a Business Analyst or in a similar role Engagement with clients to understand and meet their needs Managing project requirements Configuring and deploying enterprise applications and business processes Monitoring deliverables Analyzing client needs and collaborating with technical teams Experience working with government clients Prior experience as a Software Developer (preferred) Abilities : Providing professional services to clients Translating client needs for technical teams Documenting data mappings and integration specifications Training clients on Teller Can/Am applications Managing time effectively Solving complex issues promptly Proficiency in SQL Key Responsibilities Translate government clients' business requirements into technical definitions and workflows Create and maintain documentation including requirements, process flows, and configuration sheets Identify problems, test solutions, and consult with peers Configure and deploy enterprise applications and business processes Write queries and configure technical aspects of applications Document and test data mappings for software integrations Support business process testing before end-user acceptance testing What You Will Receive A challenging, fulfilling career within a values-driven, vibrant team Starting salary of $83,335 Generous benefits The opportunity to make a meaningful difference for clients If qualified and passionate about client engagement, we look forward to hearing from you!
