The Role:
We are looking for a seasoned and proactive
Software Engineer
to join our engineering team within the
DatAdvantage Cloud
R&D group. This role is based in the US and will play a key part in expanding our engineering footprint.
The Requirements: 3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, including 2+ years in Python. Experience working with multi-threaded environments and large-scale systems. Strong knowledge of
Kubernetes (K8s)
and Helm in cloud-native environments. Familiarity with AWS and microservices architecture is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to independently drive complex initiatives to completion. Soft Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fast technology adaptation and learning curve. Proactive, accountable, and reliable team player. Passion for building high-performing teams and positive engineering culture. The Responsibilities:
Help define and foster the team's technical identity and collaborative culture. Drive execution of the product backlog and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features. Stay aligned with the team's evolving technical needs and capabilities. Participate in the full application lifecycle-from design to production. Ensure delivery of functional, stable, and scalable features for our SaaS application.
