Overview: Join NISC's Professional Services team as a Utility Integration Analyst focused on third-party software integrations. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive at the intersection of business process, vendor collaboration, and technical systems. You'll work closely with utility members and third-party vendors to design, coordinate, and validate integrations between external platforms and NISC's suite of solutions (e.g., Work Management, MDM, Billing). Essential Duties: Serve as the primary liaison between NISC, utility members, and third-party vendors to define integration requirements and success criteria. Coordinate and validate integration efforts using industry standards such as MultiSpeak (SOAP/XML) and REST APIs. Lead discovery sessions to understand member workflows and map them to integration touchpoints. Document integration specifications, test plans, and support procedures. Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and support teams to ensure seamless deployment and long-term sustainability of integrations. Provide guidance on interoperability certification and vendor onboarding processes. Other duties as assigned. Desired Experience: 2+ years of experience in utility systems integration, vendor coordination, or enterprise software implementation. Familiarity with utility domains such as AMI, GIS, Billing, or Outage Management. Working knowledge of integration protocols (REST, SOAP, MultiSpeak). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with interoperability frameworks or certification programs is a plus. Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset. Education Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
