Summary

Our client, a leader in the Construction Industry, is seeking a

Program/Project Manager

to join their growing technology team. This role will drive the successful execution of key initiatives, focusing on agile project management, program delivery, and cross-functional team collaboration. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with agile methodologies, project planning, and multi-project management in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will partner with both business and technology teams to plan, execute, and ensure the successful delivery of high-impact projects, driving valuable business outcomes and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and Execute Initiatives:

Create detailed project plans, define milestones, align activities, and develop schedules. Actively address issues and gaps to ensure project success.

Communicate Status:

Provide regular updates, including project baselines, progress, risks, and required actions to ensure successful project delivery.

Manage Risks and Issues:

Maintain a register for open issues and risks, ensuring accountability for resolution and risk mitigation.

Remove Roadblocks:

Identify and resolve any blockers to team productivity by bringing together the right resources.

Support Agile Practices:

Educate and support teams on Agile methodologies, including standups, retrospectives, grooming, and prioritization to ensure a high-performing work environment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Engage resources across teams and support project governance to ensure alignment and that projects are executed in line with business priorities.

Salesforce Implementation Experience:

Lead or assist in the execution of Salesforce implementation or enhancement projects.

Establish Program Governance:

Help define and implement program management office (PMO) practices, including developing criteria to score and prioritize initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline or equivalent experience.

Project Management Experience:

5+ years of Project Management experience, with 8-10 years .

Agile Expertise:

Extensive experience in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

Multi-project Management:

Proven ability to manage 2 or more projects simultaneousl
