Position Details Title: Business Intelligence Solutions/Data Warehouse Architect Location: Long Island City, Queens, NY Duration: Long term Responsibilities Provide thought leadership and end-to-end solution architecture & design for large-scale BI/data warehouse solutions for OSSS. Design and implement solutions following best practices, standards, and methodologies; develop data governance standards. Collaborate with database support to build a data inventory and create data models. Apply agile development methodologies, balancing immediate needs with quality. Ensure architectural requirements like scalability, security, performance, and disaster recovery are met. Engage with senior client executives, analyze technical needs, and advise on database configurations. Present and implement industry-leading solutions, supporting various vendors and NYC agencies. Mandatory Skills & Experience 8+ years in SQL Server BI solutions 8+ years in Data Warehousing architecture 4+ years in solution architecture or lead roles in data warehousing 4+ years with enterprise application integration (desired) 4+ years as BI and ETL developer 4+ years in data governance initiatives Preferred Skills Knowledge of DW implementation services and scope estimation Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications Experience in database design, source-to-target mapping, and ETL processes Ability to lead workshops and co-lead POCs with BI teams Proven ability to articulate DW/BI benefits and prepare RFP/RFI responses All information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
