Job Title: Firmware Engineer Job ID: 1592234BR Position Type: Full Time Someone with Sensors, bringup experience, Camera's sensors would be great, MCU bringing up Development: Implement embedded systems and firmware solutions for VR hardware. This includes writing efficient firmware and reliable code, and validating system functionality. Debugging and Issue Triage: Lead debugging efforts across system layers (firmware, hardware, drivers), triage complex cross-functional issues, and drive them to resolution in collaboration with partner teams. Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional teams-including hardware, systems, product, and software engineering-to refine requirements, develop features, and solve complex technical challenges. Debugging & Validation: Lead debugging and bring-up efforts, ensuring high system reliability, performance, and scalability of embedded systems. Team Culture & Growth: Join and contribute to a team that values collaboration, curiosity, and continuous learning. BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong experience with embedded C/C++ development and RTOS-based systems Solid understanding of embedded system architecture, hardware interfaces (I2C, SPI, UART, etc.), and system-level debugging.
