Senior Business Analyst Real Estate
Daley And Associates is currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to assist the IT team in delivering quality software solutions that provide measurable business value. In this role, the Business Analyst will work in a global, cross-functional environment and will design, implement, and modify multiple custom or packaged applications and reporting tools. Using various project management frameworks, you will identify ways to streamline processes to improve quality and effectiveness. This Business Analyst will leverage IT-related best practices to deliver business solutions. The ideal candidate must be resilient and flexible in response to a rapidly growing organization with changing business needs. This role will be in-office 3 days per week. This role will pay up to

Provide forward-thinking vision to collaboratively design cross-functional processes and solutions to global business challenges. Present flexible, scalable, and supportable options to stakeholders and help them vet alternatives that support project and business objectives. Proactively identify ways IT can add value to business teams, offering thought leadership and process improvements, and communicate these effectively to stakeholders. Collaborate with and facilitate communication between IT and business partners to drive change. Demonstrate how new technologies, best practices, and trends can be incorporated into business and IT processes, leveraging a strong understanding of end-to-end processes. Proactively estimate, plan, manage, communicate, and execute duties with attention to each project's uniqueness. Maintain strong relationships with business partners, project teams, and stakeholders. Create and oversee the creation of clear documentation throughout all project phases. Lead elicitation, analysis, and documentation of complex requirements, utilizing techniques such as process mapping; resolve conflicting requirements; manage requirements to maximize impact. Design solutions for end-user adoption and productivity, focusing on usability. Execute complex configuration, reporting, and technical activities independently. Partner with QA to share project info, validate test scripts, perform system testing, and write/executed testing plans. Serve as a mentor and peer reviewer. Design and deliver high-quality end-user training. Other duties as assigned. Experience
Bachelors degree or related experience required. Minimum 6 years of professional experience in business analysis, application design, implementation, support, or as a super user or auditor preferred. Other Requirements
Experience with Salesforce applications, including integration with external systems and reporting. Six years of experience delivering scalable Salesforce solutions required. Knowledge of data mapping and migration preferred. Certifications such as CBAP or CCBA preferred. Experience in the tower industry, operations, leasing, or real estate is a plus.
