As a Digital Marketing Strategist specializing in data-driven approaches, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with clients to formulate and execute digital data strategies that align seamlessly with their business objectives. By leveraging Acxiom's extensive data resources, you will uncover opportunities to engage targeted audiences and amplify the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts. You will serve as an essential extension of the client's marketing team, contributing significantly to their overall vision and success. Key Responsibilities: Define Digital Strategy:

Work alongside client stakeholders to ensure that digital initiatives are in harmony with business goals and enterprise priorities. Develop Insights:

Partner with client teams to conduct comprehensive research and analysis on target audiences, market trends, and competitive dynamics. Content and Messaging Strategy:

Advise on audience segmentation using Acxiom and other data sources, and create content frameworks that resonate with target demographics. Campaign Planning and Execution:

Collaborate with clients to design and manage digital marketing campaigns, including those using Adobe Audience Manager. Data-Driven Optimization:

Utilize analytics tools to monitor digital performance across various channels, providing insights for continuous campaign improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Act as a consultant for client marketing, sales, and product teams, ensuring effective communication of strategies and updates to key stakeholders. Supervisory Responsibilities:

While this role will not involve direct reports, you will mentor junior associates. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in management consulting or digital marketing. Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record in designing digital strategies. Extensive knowledge of marketing data management practices. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging C-suite executives. Ability to manage multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail. Familiarity with marketing technology ecosystems including CRM and content platforms. Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio. Strong facilitative skills and experience managing client relationships. Team player with leadership capabilities and a proactive, organized approach. Willingness to travel up to 25% (approximately 1 week per month). Preferred Qualifications: MBA with a focus on business analytics or marketing. Relevant certifications such as Adobe Audience Manager Platform Certification. Familiarity with Acxiom data products. This position will be based remotely, but you may also visit the office located in Conway, Arkansas.
