HBITS-04-12334 The candidate shall provide full-time consulting services. Services include (but are not limited to): OnBoard Solution Architecture analysis, definition, maintenance, documentation, and reporting. Alignment of Agency's OnBoard Solution Architecture with CTO Enterprise Architecture and product investment strategy and what ITS Business Solutions Director and WCB can support. Alignment of CISO policies and best practices. Current state application modeling and system inventory management utilizing Agency's standard EA tools including familiarity with The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF). Ongoing definition and execution of WCB SDLC including IT policies, processes, and standards. Architectural and technical oversight engagements with application development teams. Continued implementation and process improvements in the automated build and testing environment including definition and use of application quality metrics. Software administration of source code repositories, change management tools, and automated build and testing software including research of alternative solutions, system upgrades, data migration, related process development, and customer support. Build upon the high-level design of the system that is based on a standard multi-tier application architecture. The multi-tier architecture allows for the logical and physical separation of concerns. The architecture should be designed to be scalable and portable to other cloud vendors. Intimately involved in the business requirements breakdown and envisioning for the overall solutioning and architecture. Duties and activities will be tightly coupled with business side involvement with every project within the program. Systems Architect Defines the architecture of a computerized system (i.e., a system composed of software and hardware) in order to fulfill certain requirements, including a breakdown of the system into components, the component interactions and interfaces (including with the environment, especially the user), and the technologies and resources to be used in the design. Expert: 84+ months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. 84 months of experience in a technical lead/architect role integrating and leveraging cloud and on-premise data center application environments. 72 months of experience on enterprise modernization projects, that included replacing internal legacy systems with a web-based system that would be directly accessed by external and internal users/stakeholders. 60 months of experience in solution assessment. 60 months of experience in transition and sequence planning. 60 months of experience in system integration. 60 months of experience in information architecture and business process engineering to build or re-architect an enterprise-level solution. 84 months of experience developing, supporting, and extending a reusable web service API framework. #J-18808-Ljbffr
