Bae Systems' Model Based Engineering Capability Group (MBE CG) is on a mission to transform the industry with cutting-edge Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and digital engineering (DE) practices. As a key player in our MBE CG, youll be responsible for architecting solutions to streamline development and analysis of systems engineering artifacts found in our MBSE tools, and the development of our digital engineering ecosystem (DEE). Your expertise will be instrumental in driving our transition to a digital enterprise (DE), where virtual and cloud-based networks are redefining the boundaries of traditional engineering. This roles responsibilities will require you to: utilize your knowledge of MBSE tools and their associated APIs to develop customizations for managing requirements and system models; develop tools and methods for managing, analyzing, and visualizing data in the DEE; and collaborate with project teams and leadership to contribute to the development of MBSE/DE training materials and company best practices. Active secret security clearance; bachelors degree in STEM field and 8 years experience in systems/software engineering or masters degree in STEM field and 6 years experience in systems/software engineering; 2 years of experience working with MBSE tools (e.g. Cameo/MagicDraw, DOORS, Jama) and building customizations using APIs; proficiency in a compiled language such as C, C++, or Java; experience publishing documents from MBSE tools using RPE and/or Velocity API; experience with relational databases; excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements. Experience in developing system models using languages such as UML and SysML; experience in agile software development methodologies and task management tools (e.g. Jira); machine learning and artificial intelligence (ML/AI); experienced working in all phases of the engineering product development lifecycle; classroom and on-the-job teaching experience; training material development; EW experience. Pay Information

Full-time salary range: $130355 - $221603. Please note: this range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
