We seek a Systems Administrator to join our client's IT team and manage and support the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and end-user systems. This role requires a mix of systems administration and desktop support, ensuring the smooth operation of technology across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a problem-solving mindset, and a focus on delivering excellent service to internal users.
Onsite position:
5 days a week (not a remote or hybrid position) Salary:
$70-95K Required:

Roles & Responsibilities: Oversee server and network performance, ensuring security, availability, and reliability Perform routine maintenance, including updates, patches, and system backups Monitor systems, respond to alerts, and resolve incidents proactively Document system configurations, processes, and procedures to maintain clarity and consistency Ensure compliance with security standards, supporting audits, and addressing vulnerabilities Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for end-users, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues Manage user onboarding and offboarding, including account setup, device configuration, and access permissions Collaborate on IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and implementing new tools Required Skills & Experience: At least 3 years in systems administration and desktop support roles Proficiency in Windows/Linux server management, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization Experience with network configuration, including switches, firewalls, and VLANs Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure (preferred) Proficiency in scripting and automation for operational efficiency Certifications (preferred):
Relevant credentials like CompTIA Network+ or MCSA
