Smith - Hawaii (On-site) Clearance: Top Secret with SCI eligibility The Cyber Project Manager will support DoD operations in the Indo-Pacific theater. Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. Help define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field or 8 years' experience in managing DoD projects. Demonstrated experience with cyber risks, exploits, vulnerabilities and associated mitigations. Demonstrated experience with encryption technologies. Proven experience in project management, ideally in a technology or research environment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact at all levels of the organization. Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility and current CI Polygraph. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. CISS Current certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) Proven experience managing classified projects from initiation to closure. Experience supporting offensive and defensive cyber efforts in the Indo-Pacific theater. #J-18808-Ljbffr
