Position Summary
ADE is seeking an experienced
IT Project Manager
to lead and manage enterprise-level IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical leadership, excellent stakeholder communication, and proven success in delivering complex projects involving
software development ,
data visualization , and
vendor coordination .
This role requires someone who thrives in a
fast-paced, dynamic, and highly collaborative environment , with the ability to remain composed and adaptable to changes driven by policy shifts.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage complex IT projects from initiation to delivery. Apply Agile principles effectively to ensure flexible and iterative project execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to define goals, tasks, timelines, and resources. Oversee software development and data visualization initiatives. Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation efficiently. Ensure regular, clear communication of project updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced project delivery. Develop and align data strategies with organizational objectives. Provide leadership and direction to data and BI teams. Deliver insights and reporting from available datasets as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications
Extensive knowledge of IT Project Management methodologies. Deep understanding of the
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) . Strong grasp of
Agile frameworks
and project tracking tools. Ability to manage complex projects with evolving priorities. Demonstrated experience with
enterprise-wide implementations . Excellent planning, prioritization, and risk management abilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders. Experience in
budget management
and resource planning. Ability to extract actionable insights from simple data sets. Comfortable presenting to and working with non-technical stakeholders. Previous experience in government or public sector IT environments is a plus.
