Food & Beverage Manager
to oversee all dining operations, including casual service, banquets, and member experiences. This is a
hands-on leadership role
actively involved in day-to-day operations across
all food & beverage outlets , including dining rooms, banquet spaces, and on-course service areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily food & beverage operations across all outlets, including casual dining, banquets, and on-course services Work hands-on in all service areas to support the team and ensure high-quality execution Set and manage budgets, inventory controls, and vendor relationships to achieve financial goals Hire, train, and inspire a high-performing team focused on hospitality excellence Design and implement seasonal menus and unique dining experiences in partnership with culinary leadership Maintain compliance with all relevant health, safety, and liquor regulations Foster strong member relationships and a welcoming, service-oriented club atmosphere What We're Looking For:
5+ years of leadership experience in food & beverage operations, ideally in a private club or similar environment Strong business acumen with proven success in budgeting, cost control, and operational efficiency Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of POS, scheduling, and inventory systems A member-first mindset with a passion for hospitality
