As
VP, Therapeutic Partnerships
, you will lead Omniscope’s commercial expansion in therapeutic applications. You are a results-driven, strategically minded business development professional with a strong track record in therapeutics and a deep understanding of the biotech landscape. You stay at the forefront of advances in immunology, computational biology, and AI. In this high-impact, externally facing role, you will identify and pursue strategic business opportunities, forge and manage partnerships with biopharma and diagnostic companies, and help drive revenue growth. You will work cross-functionally with leadership, scientific, and product teams to shape and execute our go-to-market strategy in the therapeutics vertical. Your passion for advancing immunotherapies and improving patient outcomes will be central to your success. Key Responsibilities
Lead the identification and pursuit of strategic partnership opportunities across the biopharma and diagnostics landscape, with a focus on therapeutic and biomarker applications of Omniscope’s immune profiling platform Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to guide prioritization of therapeutic areas, partner types, and commercial models Negotiate and close licensing, co-development, and data-driven collaboration agreements with pharmaceutical, biotech, and diagnostic companies Define and execute go-to-market strategies to expand Omniscope’s footprint in the therapeutic space and exceed commercial growth targets Work closely with scientific, R&D, and AI teams to ensure that partnership offerings are aligned with emerging trends and customer needs Translate complex scientific capabilities into compelling commercial value propositions and partnership narratives Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across industry, including innovation teams, business development leads, and scientific collaborators Represent Omniscope at industry conferences, scientific symposia, and partnering events to elevate visibility and generate new opportunities Stay up to date on regulatory, reimbursement, and market access considerations that may impact deal structure or platform deployment Support the long-term development of scalable commercial models, including multi-year partnerships, licensing deals, and data monetization strategies Maintain pipeline visibility using CRM tools (HubSpot), and contribute to forecasting and reporting Ideal Candidate Profile
5–10 years of experience
in business development, strategic partnerships, or licensing within biotech, pharma, or diagnostics Strong scientific foundation with a background in cellular therapeutics, immunotherapy, or related fields Demonstrated success in partnering and licensing deals, with a solid track record of exceeding commercial targets Deep understanding of NGS, immune profiling, and/or multi-omics platforms; familiarity with AI/ML applications in therapeutic discovery is a plus Up to date on emerging trends in immunology, computational biology, and precision medicine Confident in engaging with both scientific and commercial stakeholders; capable of translating complex science into compelling value propositions Well-networked within the US biopharma ecosystem, particularly in oncology, immunotherapy, or vaccine development Experienced in working cross-functionally with R&D, product, and leadership teams in a startup or fast-growth environment Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and data-driven sales workflows Advanced degree (PhD, MBA, MSc, or MD) in life sciences, bioinformatics, or a related field preferred Equal Employment Opportunity Omniscope's values and implements the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
