is seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Director of Operations
to join our leadership team in providing top-notch home care services. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our organization, ensuring that we deliver high-quality care to our clients while maximizing efficiency and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Location: 750 Old Main Street, STE 203 A ,Rocky Hill, CT 06067
You will:
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance quality of care and operational efficiency Manage the recruitment, training, and development of staff to ensure a skilled and compassionate workforce Monitor and evaluate service delivery, implementing improvements as necessary Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies Oversee budgeting and financial management to ensure the organization's financial health Foster relationships with clients, caregivers, and other stakeholders to promote high-quality care and satisfaction Lead initiatives to improve operational performance and client outcomes
You will have:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field; Master's preferred 5+ years of experience in operations management within the home healthcare or healthcare industry Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management
