We are seeking a
Senior Business Systems Analyst
with strong hands-on
Workday Finance and Supply Chain configuration experience
to support enterprise-wide ERP initiatives in a healthcare setting. This role will focus on delivering sustainable and optimized system solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams, IT, and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Configure and maintain
Workday Finance and Supply Chain modules
in alignment with business goals. Analyze, streamline, and enhance
business processes
using system capabilities and automation. Gather and document detailed requirements for
enhancements, bug fixes, and project workstreams . Act as the primary point of contact for resolving
ServiceNow incidents and service requests . Collaborate effectively with internal teams across
finance, supply chain, IT, and third-party vendors . Participate in
on-site collaboration and go-live support
across local healthcare facilities (approx. 10% travel). Lead and support various system-related
projects , ensuring timelines, quality, and compliance standards are met. Maintain compliance with healthcare industry regulations and internal security standards. Required Qualifications: Must be a local candidate
residing in the
Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN
area. 6+ years of relevant experience, with
proven Workday Finance & Supply Chain configuration expertise . Experience working in or supporting a
healthcare organization or environment . Strong ability to manage priorities independently while collaborating within cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
