Job Function Medical Affairs Group Job Sub Function Medical Science Liaison Job Category Scientific/Technology Location Horsham, Pennsylvania, United States of America Job Description Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting a Medical Science Liaison for GU Oncology in Colorado, New Mexico, and Texas. The role involves providing scientific information and education to healthcare professionals, developing and managing a geographical territory, and supporting research initiatives. The MSL will build relationships with healthcare providers, develop strategic territory plans, and stay current with scientific and treatment landscape trends. This is a field-based position with approximately 60% travel. Responsibilities include engaging with healthcare professionals, supporting clinical trials, maintaining scientific knowledge, and supporting departmental operations. Qualifications include an advanced medical degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA), at least 2 years of relevant experience, and the ability to travel up to 70%. Preferred experience includes oncology or urology knowledge and prior MSL experience. The salary range is $115,000 to $197,800, with benefits including a company car and performance bonuses.
