(Wireless Industry Experience Mandatory) Summary: The Manager of Technology provides program management for key initiatives for the Technology department. This position provides key functions including program management, vendor management, and interaction with ecosystem partners. This position will also plan events for the Technology department including Regional CTO meetings, and other technical working group meetings. In addition, the position provides support to the overall department and reports directly to the CTO. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following: Provide program management support for the Technology department initiatives. Technology programs require detailed project management to ensure key deliverables are maintained on schedule in a very complex and dynamic environment. The role involves program management across the ecosystem players and multiple companies, from onboarding agents to vetting agents to signing agents, as well as originating and terminating service providers. The position requires a dynamic individual who can interface with ecosystem partners in both voice and messaging environments. The program management duties include interfacing internally within technology and with legal/regulatory and marketing as well as with ecosystem partners. Providing support to these efforts, including marketing and showcasing the capabilities of key initiatives is important. This position is expected to provide assistance to the CTO in the planning and execution of Technology leadership meetings and events. This includes events for the Technology department and external sessions involving the Regional CTO participants and other technology leaders. While the majority of the group is self-sufficient the position will also, as required: Plan team meetings and events Assist with scheduling, information distribution, requests and meetings with members. Coordinate calls with key technology leads within member companies Coordinate with the legal department to create and update consulting services agreements. Supervisory responsibilities:
Coordinate across the ecosystem to drive activities and results to further commercialize the platform and services with multiple operators and players. Competency

B.A./B.S. or equivalent degree, technical aptitude required and ability to learn quickly. At least 3 years of professional and project management experience. Wireless technology experience preferred. The ability to quickly learn technical architecture, interfaces, roles for various ecosystem partners, and inter-relationships is key. Demonstrated successful experience with project management and technical initiatives in a complex and dynamic environment. Detail-oriented with good grammar and punctuation. Proficiency in proofreading skills and strong communications skills are required.
