is partnering with a leading distributor leveraging Epicor Prophet 21 to hire an
ERP Technical Analyst
for a direct placement role. This full-time position offers the opportunity to drive ERP innovation, support enterprise reporting, and collaborate across departments to optimize business operations. This position follows standard business hours,
Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM . While the role is remote, candidates must be based in
North Carolina
to be considered.
Responsibilities of the ERP Technical Analyst include: Manage, configure, and support Epicor Prophet 21 ERP system (version 2025.1). Develop, test, and deploy C# business rules and system customizations. Troubleshoot system issues and ensure high availability and performance. Build and maintain Azure Synapse Analytics datasets for enterprise reporting. Design and publish interactive Power BI dashboards for business users. Support and enhance Epicor Data Analyzer (EDA) for financial reporting and budgeting. Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to automate processes. Support integrations with Epicor QuickShip and Wireless Warehouse. Ensure data integrity across ERP and reporting systems. Demonstrate new supplier integration features to non-technical sales reps. Maintain technical documentation and provide user training. Qualifications for the ERP Technical Analyst include:
3+ years of relevant experience in ERP or enterprise software support. Proficiency in C# development (business rules, scripts, system customization). Experience with any ERP system in a business environment (Epicor preferred). Strong experience writing SQL queries and working with SQL Server. Familiarity with Windows Server environments. Experience with API calls and Power Automate (preferred). Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). Compensation for the ERP Technical Analyst:
Salary: $80,000-$120,000 annually Benefits: Full suite including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer contribution, paid time off, holidays, sick leave as required by law, and professional development opportunities
