The Operating Partner is responsible for leading a team of Family Members and managing the performance and operations of their restaurant(s). The partner leads key financial, staffing, and brand decisions.

Attract and retain talent through key hiring decisions, growth and development plans, and regular performance assessments. Collaborate with Managers and the Market Leader to execute operational plans. Monitor restaurant performance and processes utilizing reporting tools, customer metrics, and labor metrics. Maintain restaurant safety protocols through promotion of all food safety policies, procedures, tools, and systems, and creation of a safe work environment. Build relationships with customers and resolve customer complaints. Lead the rollout and adoption of all change initiatives, including new products, systems, company campaigns, and strategies. Key Skills Budgeting Recruiting Coaching Restaurant Operations Food Safety Presentation Skills Labor Law Compliance Preferred Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent work experience. 2+ years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
