Evaluate the product increment after each Sprint and provide input to determine whether the Development Team has met the definition of “done”. Update delivery dates for defined releases based on progress at the end of each Sprint. Build and maintain a relationship with stakeholders and customers, as necessary. Clearly communicate development goals, status, and business objectives between the Scrum Team and Stakeholders to ensure there is alignment on key business objectives. Periodic travel to meet with customers and other stakeholders is expected.
