President/CEO – Assists with Board Directives Location:
Minneapolis, MN The Vice President (VP) of U.S. Operations oversees U.S. Operations and ensures accurate and timely reporting, good stewardship, and best practices. The VP of U.S. Operations facilitates the HTC Board’s planning, implementation and reporting of the HTC VTO. Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day U.S. administrative and operational functions of the HTC organization. Implements vision and strategy (VTO) of the HTC organization. Assists HTC Board Committees as needed to accomplish objectives and Rocks. Manages day-to-day US operations, including Finance, Human Resources and Communications. Provides regular communication to HTC Board and DJH Foundation on ministry activities. Responsible for developing, maintaining, and communicating the HTC organization’s goals and objectives. This includes all long-term and short-term plans, objectives, and policies. Risk informed based on Haitian, US federal, state, and local developments affecting the HTC and its program. Responsible for the timely development of reports which describe the program’s operations, effectiveness, budget, and financial statements. Ensures that the ministry’s administrative, program, and public relations functions of the ministry are established with formal accountability means. Oversee HTC operational policies and procedures, including regular review established by accreditations calendars. Drive sustainable growth and minimize losses. Review budgets and staffing. Required Skills & Experience (Minimum Qualifications): Bachelor’s degree in organizational management, leadership or similar. 10+ years in leadership positions. Demonstrates a strong commitment to the HTC ministry, the people of Haiti, and the Haitian culture. Demonstrates the ability to manage people and processes to achieve strategic organizational goals. Exceptional track record of leadership Demonstrated exceptional communication and resource management skills Aptitude in problem-solving and decision-making. Understanding analytics and performance metrics. Willing to travel regularly to Haiti.
