Job Summary

The Driver position is responsible for the delivery of merchandise to and from customers, vendors, and other branches or locations, as directed, with the use of a company vehicle. Additionally, this role is responsible for excellence in customer service, the proper use of company tools, vehicles, and equipment, as well as adhering to all safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Provides exceptional service through timely, professional communication and effective issue resolution Responds to customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax with courtesy and efficiency Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams to support collaborative problem-solving Safely delivers merchandise to customers, vendors, and branch locations, ensuring product accuracy and secure transport Maintains valid driver's license, current DOT certification, and promptly reports any incidents or expirations Conducts daily vehicle inspections, addresses maintenance needs, and ensures vehicle cleanliness and readiness Follows delivery procedures using GPS and mobile devices, and communicates status updates to the supervisor throughout the day Follows established procedures for labeling, verification, and discrepancy reporting Assists with physical inventory counts and promptly reports product damage Ensures accurate inventory records and proper product placement within the warehouse Adheres to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE and job site safety protocols Conducts equipment safety checks, secures loads for transport, and handles hazardous materials in accordance with regulations Responds promptly to unsafe conditions to maintain a safe working environment Safety-sensitive position requiring consistent alertness and adherence to safe work practices Maintains proficiency in company systems for data entry, communication, and routine administrative tasks Performs other duties as assigned, with flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and responsibilities

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent 2+ years of experience in driving, warehousing, or related functions Valid state driver's license, current DOT certification (minimum 1 year), and insurable driving record Strong aptitude for math and numerical analysis Proficient in office technology, including computers, scanners, phone systems, and virtual platforms Physical Demands & Work Environment

This full-time position may require 40+ hours per week and involves regular physical activity, including:

Frequent lifting of 25-50 lbs., with occasional lifting up to 100 lbs. and pushing/pulling up to 300 lbs. Operation of forklifts and material handling equipment for extended periods (up to 6 hours daily) Routine bending, climbing, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and use of hands, arms, and feet for equipment operation Periods of sitting, standing, walking, and twisting throughout the shift Visual demands include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, along with depth perception and focus adjustment What We Offer: We prioritize your well-being from day one with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
