Why This Role Matters:

The OnBase developer's role is to manage Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems to ensure a high level of availability and security of the supported business applications. This individual also participates in the planning and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure system provisioning and maintenance that is consistent with company goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements. This role will continuously evaluate current and emerging strategies.

How You'll Contribute: Installs, designs, configures, supports, and maintains ECM software and scanning hardware Design, develop, and implement scalable and secure enterprise-wide solutions, including application, infrastructure, data, and integration layers. Develop scripts to complement solutions. C# is highly preferred. Follow established architecture principles, standards, and guidelines. Create and maintain documentation, including solution design documentation and flowcharts Take ownership of the full project lifecycle, including the design, development, testing, and implementation of business applications and enterprise processes. Perform system troubleshooting to find the root cause of incidents that occur in system processing and provide remediation. Assists with network and laptop issues related to ECM applications as needed Collaborate with other IT teams, i.e. security and infrastructure, to ensure the overall integrity, scalability, and performance of the system. Evaluate business needs and elicit system requirements. Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines Adhere to change management policies to ensure approval and success of changes made to enterprise systems. Manage end-user accounts and permissions in accordance with best practices regarding privacy, security, and regulatory compliance. Perform system upgrades Provide on-call support as necessary What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or significant work experience commensurate with degree Ongoing industry and technical education and training in best practices and use of technology to resolve business applications Two to six years of related technical experience/training or equivalent combination of education and experience Hands on experience with ECM tools. OnBase experience is preferred. Proficiency in C#, .NET, Java Script and SQL a plus Experience with API design, development, testing, and integration. Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms. Work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Understanding of insurance and/or financial service applications preferred
