Position Summary:

Monument Consulting is seeking an experienced and accomplished Project Manager III to join our Project Management Office (PMO). This senior-level role is responsible for leading enterprise-scale client implementations, driving strategic initiatives, and shaping the future of Monument's project delivery standards.

This role requires scheduling and facilitating internal and client-facing meetings, managing cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring a seamless transition to the Monument Account Management team upon project completion.

The Project Manager III serves as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, overseeing the most complex and high-impact projects. This role demands mastery of Monument's Implementation Methodology, exceptional leadership, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.

Typical Implementation Workstreams:

The Project Manager III will contribute directly to several deliverables and collaborate with subject matter experts for others.

Development of policies and procedures in collaboration with the Account Management team Workflow design and approval chain configuration Contract creation and execution for clients and staffing suppliers Supplier onboarding coordination Requirements gathering for VMS configuration, program development, and integrations VMS system setup and configuration Data collection, validation, and migration into the VMS Change Management Plan development and execution Financial setup for client invoicing and payment processes involving Monument and suppliers Responsibilities

Essential duties will include various project management tasks and key application configuration and solution decisions, such as:

Lead and oversee Monument's most complex and strategic implementation projects across multiple clients and business units. Provide status reports/updates on project portfolio Facilitate executive-level meetings and communications, delivering strategic insights and recommendations. Ensure all project documentation-including decisions, action items, and risks-is clear, concise, up-to-date, and stored appropriately. Define and drive project strategy, scope, and execution plans with full autonomy. Develop and execute risk mitigation strategies, change management plans, and stakeholder communication frameworks. Champion continuous improvement across the PMO by refining methodologies, tools, and best practices. Mentor and coach Project Manager I and II team members, fostering professional growth and delivery excellence. Collaborate with senior leadership to align project outcomes with organizational goals and client success. Represent Monument as a senior subject matter expert (SME) in MSP and VMS solutions, contributing to thought leadership and innovation. Drive excellence in implementation delivery, reinforcing Monument's standard for speed, accuracy, and seamless execution. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, Masters or PMP a plus 5+ years' related Project Management experience, with an emphasis on large-scale program implementations Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Proficient in Microsoft Project and/or Monday.com Articulate and clear communication style, both written and verbally, with the ability to provide consultation to partners and customers, while managing expectations Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills. Deep understanding of vendor management systems and contingent workforce programs. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration. Highly organized, with the ability to multi-task & prioritize in a fast-paced environment Ability to travel 10% (some weeks no travel, some weeks significant travel).

Pay Range

USD $80,000.00 - USD $88,000.00 /Yr.
