Austin Subaru is hiring for a Delivery Specialist! This individual is responsible for introducing customers to their new cars and reviewing the features of each vehicle.
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
Coordinates delivery with customer.
Observes that the vehicle is detailed, full of fuel, has all requested accessories installed, and is in delivery area ready for customer.
Full description of vehicle controls with customer at time of delivery.
Upload every Subaru customer into the dedicated system software for proper reporting to the manufacturer.
Stay up to date with surveys, keeping sales informed of our standing within Subaru.
Other duties as assigned.
Employee Requirements:
Education - Prior sales experience is not a must. Customer service experience, however, is preferred.
Skills/Aptitudes - Strong verbal and written communication ability, strong listening skills, ability to take instruction and follow direction, punctuality, strong customer focus and a growth mindset.
Miscellaneous - Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year and have a clean driving record
Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered
English/Spanish bilingualism is a plus.
Growth mindset, emotional stability, ability to work on a team, and strong customer service focus.
Hours:
This is a full-time position.
Two days off per week, Sunday and one weekday.
Compensation:
$15.50 per hour + a monthly bonus.
