And it's what we work toward every single day here at Crete United.Position SummaryThe MIS Training & Support Analyst will be a key member of the Crete United team and support our new and existing partners as they navigate through use of our platform systems. This is an essential role on our training and support team and will work closely with system users, and our implementation, finance and accounting teams, to ensure a clean transition from legacy accounting systems to our new ERP (Viewpoint Spectrum) and field management system (BuildOps). They will lead the training of employees in accounting, operations and finance, following the Crete United Way, while also assisting with supporting partners through our Jira ticketing system. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic group within a fast-growing company.
