CorVel
The Pharmacy Product Manager will primarily be responsible for product life cycle management of CorVel's Pharmacy program, and will support corporate strategic projects and initiatives, serve as a bridge among Executive Leadership, Operations, Information Systems, Marketing, Sales, and Account Management teams, while also driving product effectiveness and efficiency. This position will be a key business leader of existing product development, new product expansion, and program enhancements. This role will ensure cohesive product delivery that focuses on operational and client facing collaboration.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operates within the organization as a Pharmacy management industry expert, specifically the market spaces in which CorVel serves. Identifies and plans for future market space needs. Management and implementation of price position strategy that assures sustainable program growth. Assures current product is optimized in present market settings. Maintains sufficient compliance expertise to ensure the pharmacy program navigates regulations appropriately. Collaborates with product management of all CorVel services. Partners with operational functions (service delivery, clinical, account management, sales, & etc.) to assure that product changes can be delivered with high success. Able to collaborate when operational challenges occur to help drive solutions quickly. Assures system driven workflows and processes can be operationalized while meeting client and market demands. Understands third-party and proprietary systems to assure that enhancements are functional and effective among all impacted stakeholders. Completes industry and business analysis as needed for product improvement. Completes specific projects at the direction of direct manager and executive leadership. Performs other duties as assigned. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. Excellent written and verbal communication; demonstrated ability to provide supervisor service to internal and external stakeholders. Sense of urgency and ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast passed environment. Expert level understanding of Pharmacy Benefit Management and how it operates specifically within the Worker's Compensation industry. Nationwide knowledge of state-by-state Worker's Compensation fee schedules and rules toward pharmacy management and billing. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree required Project Manager Certification, 3 years' Product Management Experience, or Post-Graduate Degree preferred 5 years' experience in Pharmacy Management required, specifically on the TPA, PBM, MCO side and within the Worker's Compensation sector preferred. Demonstrated progressive leadership preferred.
PAY RANGE:
CorVel uses a market based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified at any time.
For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. The level may impact the salary range and these adjustments would be clarified during the offer process.
Pay Range: $97,019 - $163,027
