As a Project Manager IV (Scheduler), you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) that align with program goals and contractual requirements. You will analyze project dependencies, delays, and schedule changes, and integrate multiple Work Breakdown Structures (WBSs) into comprehensive schedules. Youll coordinate and facilitate planning meetings and backlog reviews with internal teams and external stakeholders, and regularly brief Program Managers and leadership on schedule status.
Youll create executive-level metrics, dashboards, and reports, and establish rhythms and processes for schedule updates to support timely decision-making. Your role will involve facilitating project meetings, gathering inputs, resolving schedule issues, and recommending corrective actions to keep projects on track. Additionally, youll support long-term roadmap development and strategic planning efforts.

Active Secret Clearance or higher 710 years of experience building, analyzing, and managing schedules in MS Project Expert-level proficiency in MS Project 2019 or newer Advanced experience with: Developing views and reports in MS Project Running DCMA 14-point analysis using tools like forProject Analyzer, SSI, or Steelray Setting up schedule dependencies and analyzing critical/driving paths Microsoft Office Suite Milestone Professional for Gantt charts, DataGraphs, and Roadmaps

Bachelors Degree Agile SAFe Certification Experience with Agile SAFe methodology, VersionOne, JIRA, and O365 Office Experience using Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA) tools Familiarity with Baseline Change Control Process Knowledge of tools such as MS Project Web App (PWA), SSI Tools, and Monte Carlo Analysis tools MS Project certification (e.g., Blue Belt, Masterclass) PMP certification
