This position is based in the Firm's global operations center in Brandon, FL (Tampa Bay area).

General Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Applications Analyst to support Holland & Knight in the deployment, implementation, support, and maintenance of various systems and applications with a focus on marketing applications and Adobe Creative Cloud. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance marketing efforts. This role involves collaborating with marketing teams to ensure seamless application integration and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:

Software Management: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of applications, with a key focus on Marketing applications and Adobe Creative Cloud, ensuring optimal performance and compatibility. Technical Support: Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for applications to end-users, resolving issues promptly and effectively. Training and Guidance: Conduct training sessions and assist our training department in the creation of documentation, and Knowledge Base articles to help users maximize their proficiency with applications. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand their needs and provide solutions that enhance their productivity and creativity. Integration: Work with the broader team to integrate marketing and other applications into existing systems and tools used within the firm to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. Updates and Upgrades: Manage the rollout of software updates and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to users. Security and Compliance: Ensure that marketing applications are used in compliance with the firm's security policies and licensing agreements. Evaluation and Recommendations: Stay up to date with new features and updates to Adobe Creative Cloud applications along with other marketing applications, making recommendations for their adoption and implementation. Special projects and duties as assigned. Required Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various departments. Ability to adapt to changing technologies and learn new software applications quickly. Required Qualifications & Education:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications in an IT support or analyst role. Law firm experience a plus. General IT support experience, along with proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects is required. Skill with other marketing tools is a plus. Experience in conducting training sessions and creating user documentation. Preferred Qualifications & Education:

Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) certification or other relevant marketing tools is a plus. Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Moderate or advanced keyboard usage.
