Company: Gold Fields Group Services (Pty) Ltd Reporting to the Supervisor: Supply, you will contribute to the achievement of operational and strategic targets by ensuring minimal disruption to safety and production through the effective supervision of a comprehensive supply function ensuring the timely procurement, receipt, issue, security and storage of materials and equipment. This role is offered on 8 days on 6 days off roster, residential to Kambalda and Kalgoorlie. Bus transportation is offered to and from site. Benefits include: Quarterly Bonus Scheme Salary sacrifice options Increased leave entitlements for annual leave, paid primary and secondary parental leave Employee Assistance Program Long service leave pro rata after 5 years of continuous service Educational assistance About the role: Diligently applying and imparting knowledge and skills in the leadership of the supply function; Ensure minimal disruption to operations by the timely requisition and Receipt of required materials; Maintain a productive working relationship with planning and mechanical personnel, liaising with them to accurately understand their service requirements; Proactively manage stock levels of critical spares and consumables; Assist with reporting and auditing when required; Store inventory received within the warehouse, so it is easily located within SAP; Provide ongoing leadership and mentoring to the Supply team; Conduct stock takes, ensuring sufficient human resources available to deliver the objectives of the task and client service delivery requirements; Prepare, analyse, and distribute reports on supply activities. About you: Prior experience in a supply mining environment as a Senior Current MR Drivers Licence A High-Risk Licence, Senior First Aid and Dangerous Goods card SAP experience (highly desirable) A high level of communication skills and ability to lead a small team We are committed to achieving a diverse and inclusive workforce, and strongly encourage applications from female, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders, as well as candidates with culturally diverse backgrounds.
