Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Project Manager to support the delivery of solar projects from pre-construction through commissioning. Reporting to the Director of Construction, this role involves EPC oversight from contract negotiation through project closeout.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee project schedules, budgets, and documentation Maintains a complete understanding of all contractual obligations for the project and documentation of deviations Ensures the project team and all associated subcontractors understand and adhere to the client contract, related exhibits, and project-specific agreements Allocates budget, costs to date, forecasts cost to completion, procurement, and materials management Perform light engineering reviews using AutoCAD and PVsyst Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and EPC partners Travel to sites (approx. 25%)
Requirements:
4–5 years in solar project management, preferably with a developer Track record of end-to-end management on 3rd Party-owned solar assets with challenging topography, technological requirements, and permitting hurdles Understanding of Production Modeling software and key variables that can impact PV array output Familiarity with AutoCAD and PVsyst Strong communication and multitasking skills Experience or familiarity with AgPV a strong plus Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook) Job costing or accounting software experience Contract Management Sub-Contractor, vendor, and materials management Construction drawing review Seniority level
