Oracle Cloud Fusion Technical Lead focused on Reporting
to join our client's enterprise team in Houston. This is a long-term, ongoing opportunity to guide and deliver high-impact reporting solutions in a large-scale Oracle Cloud environment.
We're looking for a hands-on expert who doesn't just build reports-but understands how reporting drives decisions across
HCM, Finance, and Procurement . You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate business needs into clear data solutions, and serve as the go-to authority for all things Fusion reporting.
What You'll Be Doing: Lead the design, development, and deployment of reports and dashboards within Oracle Cloud Fusion Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specs Build custom reports using
OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, and FRS Support end-users with ad hoc reporting and data extraction needs Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues while ensuring data accuracy and integrity Develop documentation and training materials to support adoption of reporting tools Optimize and streamline reporting processes for performance, scalability, and usability Coordinate with technical teams on data models and subject areas What You Bring to the Table:
8+ years of experience in Oracle reporting- at least 3 years in Oracle Cloud Fusion Deep knowledge of Fusion
reporting tools : OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, and Financial Reporting Studio (FRS) Strong SQL skills and ability to work with complex data sets Experience supporting reporting across
HCM, Finance, and Procurement modules Excellent communication skills-you can work across business and technical teams with ease Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and take full ownership of deliverables Strong documentation and training abilities to support user adoption
