Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced MFP Application Developer to design and deliver scalable, secure solutions for multifunction printer (MFP) environments. This role involves developing native and web-based applications, building enterprise-grade integrations, and driving innovation in document management platforms. The ideal candidate has deep experience with MFP SDKs, embedded solutions, and workflow automation in large enterprise settings.
Required Skills: • 7-10+ years of software development experience, including 4+ years specializing in MFP applications using SDKs • Strong background in Java, Android/Kotlin, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Node.js, Python, and Golang • Expertise in MFP SDKs such as Client Workpath, Client OXPd1/OXPd2, Client EIP, and Lexmark eSF or similar platforms • Hands-on experience architecting scalable microservices, integrations, and enterprise workflows • Proficiency in relational database development (MySQL, Microsoft SQL, Oracle) • Knowledge of AWS, Docker, CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins), and DevOps deployment practices • Understanding of domain-driven design, architectural patterns, and secure software development principles • Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize applications for enterprise environments • Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to mentor junior engineers
Bonus/Soft Skills: • Experience developing solutions involving XML/SOAP or REST APIs for cloud or hybrid integrations • Familiarity with additional tools like Vue or PHP for frontend or backend enhancements • Background in document processing workflows including OCR, scanning, and cloud connectors • Advanced certifications in software engineering or related fields
