Position Overview
We are hiring a Product Manager with a passion for internal platforms, AI integration, and operational optimization. This role is instrumental in modernizing WebBank's internal tools and workflows and bringing our internal AI infrastructure to life.
Unlike traditional customer-facing roles, this position is focused on delivering value to internal stakeholders, including Compliance, Treasury, Strategic Partners, Finance, and others. You will be the linchpin between our software engineers, business teams, and future technical operations teams, enabling WebBank to adopt scalable, intelligent, and automated solutions.
This is not a traditional PM role-it blends product strategy, operational design, software testing, user training, and AI evangelism to make our internal environment more agile, efficient, and future-ready.
Key Responsibilities
Product Management & Operations Drive development and iteration of internal-facing applications and workflows. Work with engineers to shape and scope features with high internal value. Lead and perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) across critical internal systems. Own the Compliance Testing and Marketing Material Review product initiatives from ideation through deployment. Curate and integrate COTS (Commercial Off-the-Shelf) AI products that solve real internal problems. AI & Automation Leadership
Evangelize AI across departments-demystify tools like ChatGPT, NotebookLM, Copilot, etc. Lead bank-wide training sessions and "dog and pony shows" to increase AI fluency. Embed automation/AI thinking into Kaizen events, ensuring innovation isn't stuck in 1920s-style thinking. Train employees to spot, classify, and act on AI/automation opportunities. Internal Enablement & User Experience
Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal applications and AI tools. Create documentation, process diagrams, job aids, and training modules. Drive user adoption and measure satisfaction across internal teams. Shape onboarding for internal systems and AI tools to improve time-to-value. Strategic Collaboration
Partner with the Technical Project Manager to manage backlogs and Agile cadences. Insert the Technology Department into high-value internal initiatives like Kaizen and business optimization projects. Help establish lightweight technical operations practices as the team scales. Company Perks:

Required Qualifications
3-6 years in Product Management or Business Analysis for internal platforms. Deep technical fluency-you can speak the language of systems, data flows, and APIs. Experience in process mapping, change management, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration. Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, Figma, Miro, or similar. Confident user of AI tools for writing, testing, support, and documentation. Strong documentation and training content creation skills. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in banking, compliance-heavy environments, or fintech. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., FFIEC CAT, GLBA, FDIC FILs). Master's degree in a relevant field. Background in Agile/Scrum practices and facilitation.
