$20–$30/hr COMPANY: Our client is a global leader in AI and high-performance computing, powering innovations in gaming, robotics, and data science. Job Description: We are looking for a Call Center Agent to join our team and deliver exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and internal teams worldwide. What you'll be doing: Answer and route incoming calls from customers and vendors, addressing inquiries and providing information on products and services. Make outbound calls for follow-up and support needs. Document and track customer interactions in CRM systems with accuracy and attention to detail. Resolve customer issues by identifying problems and providing appropriate solutions. Escalate complex or unresolved cases to higher-level support when needed. Respond to customer emails and route messages to appropriate internal teams. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer service processes. Maintain a professional and calm demeanor during high-volume or stressful situations. Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products, services, and support tools. What we need to see: 3+ years of experience in a customer service or call center role. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attendance record and reliability. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Proficient with computer systems, CRM software, and related tools. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team. Seniority level
