Senior Product Manager
to lead the vision, strategy, and evolution of our internal enterprise systems, with
Microsoft Dynamics
at the center. This is a key role focused on driving operational efficiency, workflow automation, and enterprise-wide data integration to support our growing business and customer needs. As the product lead for internal systems, you will partner closely with the
Senior Director of Enterprise & Data Products
and cross-functional teams across IT, engineering, sales, and operations. You'll define and prioritize features, data structures, and workflows that enable internal users and align with broader platform goals—including integration with our customer-facing platform. You’ll translate business needs into technical requirements, manage product delivery in an agile environment, and guide platform decisions that impact the entire organization. You’ll also play a key role in aligning internal systems with long-term strategic goals—ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and support high-quality data flow across departments. Key Responsibilities: Lead product strategy and roadmap for enterprise systems, with MS Dynamics at the core Define workflows, dashboards, data structures, and system requirements Collaborate with engineering, IT, and architecture teams on solutions and integrations Translate business/user needs into technical requirements and backlog priorities Manage agile development cycles, stakeholder communication, and change management Support training and adoption of new platform features and capabilities What You Bring: 6+ years in product management, focused on enterprise platforms, internal tools, or data systems Deep experience with
Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ERP —customization, configuration, and integration Strong technical fluency; comfortable working with engineers, architects, and data teams Proven success leading complex systems transformations or modernization initiatives Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship Seniority level
