Job Overview Element Six is seeking an experienced Materials Handler for our Santa Clara, CA facility. The role is on-site, supporting our small, friendly team. The successful candidate will report to the Production Manager and work alongside engineers and technicians to produce high-performance diamond products for the global market. This role supports operations, engineering, and finance teams, requiring decision-making, problem-solving, and multitasking skills in a dynamic environment. We value proactive team members with good communication skills. As a small team, cross-training in other areas may be required. Duties and Tasks Shipping and Receiving

Coordinate outbound shipments and liaise with service providers. Maintain documentation for inbound and outbound products. Follow procedures for receiving and processing orders.

Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts. Review documentation for discrepancies and reconcile as needed. Assist with material movement within the facility. Ensure attention to detail in inventory calculations. Support internal customers and communicate proactively. Recommend operational improvements for efficiency and cost savings. Create and manage work orders and support shop floor activities. Assist with purchase order processing. Qualifications Experience and Education

High school diploma or GED. 1-2 years of similar experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP is a plus.
