to help us scale smarter, faster, and more strategically. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll
own the strategy, systems, and processes that align Marketing, Sales, and Client Success
across the entire customer journey.

What You’ll Do
Build & Optimize the Revenue Engine
Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable GTM processes across Sales, Marketing, and Client Success. Partner with leaders to design sales processes, define territories, set quotas, and create commission plans that motivate and drive performance. Break down silos, align teams, and ensure a frictionless customer journey.
Lead with Data
Own forecasting, pipeline reporting, and conversion analysis — turning data into actionable strategies. Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track KPIs, client ROI, and product adoption. Surface trends and insights that help the business make smarter, faster decisions.
Streamline & Automate
Identify bottlenecks, design solutions, and roll out automation that boosts efficiency and scalability. Create process maps and documentation so our GTM playbook is crystal clear.
Own the Tech Stack
Lead the strategy and optimization of our GTM systems — including Salesforce (CRM), HubSpot (Marketing Automation), DealHub (CPQ), and Outreach (Outbound Automation). Drive system integrations, manage workflows, and enforce data hygiene for accuracy and consistency.
Champion Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as the connective tissue between Marketing, Sales, Client Success, and Finance. Support investor reporting and strategic planning with data and insights.
Who You Are
6+ years in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or a related role in a B2B SaaS Proven success building and scaling GTM processes in high-growth companies. Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets / Microsoft PowerPoint / Google Slides experience is essential. SQL is desirable. Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot). Applicants must have 4+ years of Salesforce or Hubspot experience. Bonus points for being an admin. A proactive and solution-driven mindset, with a strong focus on execution and getting things accomplished. Comfortable working independently and leading through ambiguity in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
