We’re looking for a Head of Partnerships to help us grow and scale through meaningful collaborations, retail expansion, licensing deals, and strategic activations. You’ll be the relationship builder and deal closer who opens new doors and keeps existing ones swinging. What You’ll Do:
Hip Heads is a fast-growing accessories brand redefining the way people wear functional style. From hair tie bracelets to performance balaclavas and collegiate collaborations, we’re building a brand that blends attitude, design, and culture. We’re looking for a Head of Partnerships to help us grow and scale through meaningful collaborations, retail expansion, licensing deals, and strategic activations. You’ll be the relationship builder and deal closer who opens new doors and keeps existing ones swinging. What You’ll Do:
Identify and secure new partnership opportunities with retailers, brands, influencers, colleges, events, and lifestyle communities Manage and nurture existing partner relationships to maximize long-term value Attend key trade shows and events to build face-to-face connections and increase brand presence Collaborate cross-functionally with our marketing, design, and sales teams to align messaging and strategy across partnerships Negotiate and execute partnership contracts, performance-based deals, and custom collaboration terms Maintain a deal pipeline and forecast performance-based metrics tied to growth and expansion Bring creative ideas to the table—licensing, co-branded products, giveaways, you name it Who You Are:
A strong communicator and natural connector with experience in B2B, brand, or retail partnerships Entrepreneurial, scrappy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment Experienced in deal-making and contract negotiation (or excited to learn fast) Bonus if you’ve worked in CPG, fashion, lifestyle, or sports licensing Creative thinker who knows how to take a handshake to a signed deal Not afraid to cold call, follow up, and make big asks Why Join Hip Heads:
