KPMG is seeking a Manager to join our Strategy practice. Responsibilities include: Perform rapid assessments of technology companies, their product and technology assets, and strategies. Lead consulting teams on engagements with tight timelines and high visibility. Develop technology and process improvements, mentor team members, and increase efficiency and quality of offerings. Create thought leadership reports and presentations to enhance our profile and attract interest. Participate in sales pursuits by developing pitch materials and presenting to prospects. Manage confidential information with discretion, exercise independent judgment, and handle multiple tasks. Qualifications include: At least five years of experience in consulting or industry, with specific expertise in software product development and business strategy; M&A experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in IT, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA a plus. Technical experience with software architecture, engineering in fast-growing tech environments, and familiarity with AI, ML, Low-code/No-code tools. Consulting and strategic experience in technology, product management, or technology deals, with strong communication skills. Willingness to travel, typically up to one week per month. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. Salary ranges vary by location, with California ranges between $120,000 and $238,700.
