Base pay range
$85,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr Direct Hire Traveling Field Service Technician with experience in laser, photonics, or complex capital equipment for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. This is the Traveling position with the following requirements. Must be a U.S. Persons with some international Travel. No Sponsorship now or in the future for this role. Requirements: Associate Degree or equivalent experience 3+ years of field service experience with laser, photonics, or other complex equipment Problem solving skills related to electronic/electrical, mechanical, and/or photonics products Technical reading, writing, and schematics comprehension experience Up to 80% travel availability Willingness to work one weekend per month Preferred Skills: Responsibilities: Perform on-site installation and training of complex laser sources and optical systems Conduct preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades Troubleshoot and diagnose product issues directly with customers Provide remote service and visual support as needed Advise management on customer satisfaction and product quality/reliability Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
