The Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Inventory Analyst
to manage ourinventory data and ensure accuracy across the business. This role will be critical in ensuring the business has clear and reliable information for inventory across all locations and channels. The ideal candidate has advanced experience in Netsuite, analytical skills, the ability to track down root causes, and implement sustainable solutions. What You'll Own Maintain and monitor inventory records in NetSuite, ensuring all transactions (receipts, adjustments, transfers, fulfillments) are accurate and timely. Serve as the in-house NetSuite inventory expert, supporting cross-functional teams in using the system effectively. Configure and run saved searches, reports, and dashboards for real-time visibility. Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical counts, third-party warehouse reports, and NetSuite records. Collaborate with warehouse teams, co-manufacturers, and internal departments to reconcile quantities and transactions. Track and document adjustments with full audit trails. Act as the inventory detective sleuthing through transaction histories, fulfillment records, and production reports to uncover data issues. Identify trends in errors, process gaps, and systemic causes of inventory inaccuracy. Prepare and maintain inventory KPIs, reports, and variance analyses for leadership review. Support cycle counts, year-end physical counts, and audit preparation. Assist in onboarding new products into NetSuite, ensuring accurate BOMs, SKUs, and units of measure. Recommend and implement enhancements to inventory workflows, NetSuite configurations, and reporting processes. What You'll Bring to the Table 3+ years experience in inventory analysis, supply chain operations, or related role. Advanced-level proficiency in NetSuite for inventory management, reporting, and transaction troubleshooting. Demonstrated ability to investigate complex issues and reconcile data from multiple sources. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting. Bonus Points If You Are... Experienced in consumer packaged goods (CPG), pet products, or similar manufacturing/distribution environments. Familiar with third-party logistics (3PL) operations and integrations. Knowledge of ERP integrations with EDI, WMS, or e-commerce platforms.
