The Team Will You Be On: Product Development: You'll be part of our product development team and help to build solutions leveraging bleeding edge AI and visual models to provide automations for our customers. The Job: As a Back-End Engineer, you'll focus on designing, building, and maintaining the core systems that ingest, process, and serve property data to our customers. You'll own major parts of the back-end architecture and help us scale our services to support rapid customer growth. Your work will directly impact how real estate operators make smarter, faster decisions using our computer vision and AI platform. We're looking for an engineer who is passionate about clean, scalable code and understands the importance of performance, reliability, and data integrity in real-world applications. You may be a good fit for the role if: Have 4+ years of experience developing and maintaining production-grade back-end systems Are fluent in Python and have experience with Flask, FastAPI, or similar frameworks Are familiar with SQL/Postgres, GraphQL, and data modeling best practices Understand cloud infrastructure (especially AWS) and containerization (e.g., Docker) Can build and maintain RESTful or GraphQL APIs Write clean, testable, maintainable code and have experience with code reviews and CI/CD Are comfortable working collaboratively in a startup environment with shifting priorities Have experience supporting front-end or mobile teams by building scalable APIs Tools & Technologies at Tracker: Python / Flask / FastAPI GraphQL Postgres AWS Docker Node.js (for shared libraries and supporting services) GitHub, Jira, Confluence VSCode Location: Candidates must be able to work in our Albany NY/Capital District office a minimum of 3 days a week.
