Coombe Curry Rich & Jarvis (CCRJ) is a respected civil litigation defense firm with more than 30 years of experience serving clients across Colorado. Known for our strong trial results, long-standing client relationships, and award-winning attorneys, we are seeking a Senior Counsel to join our thriving team. We are excited to welcome a seasoned attorney ready to take ownership of a dynamic caseload and contribute to cases involving construction defects, insurance defense, and civil litigation. What You'll Do Independently manage support in construction defect and insurance caseloads including pleadings, discovery, depositions, trial prep, and appeals. Draft and review motions, discovery responses, expert evaluations, and settlement agreements. Engage in negotiation and mediation strategies alongside Partners. Work closely with experts (engineers, architects, etc.) on technical litigation matters. Mentor junior attorneys and support team collaboration. Maintain strong, transparent communication with firm and clients throughout the litigation process. Proactively stay up to date on case law and legislative updates relevant to our core practice areas. What You Bring JD from an accredited law school Licensed and in good standing with the Colorado Bar 4–7+ years of experience in civil litigation, ideally with construction defect and insurance defense Proven litigation management skills and comfort with courtroom strategy Strong legal writing, analytical, and case evaluation skills Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate in a hybrid environment Why Join CCRJ?
